It's Never Too Late For Comfort!

I believed that bras always were a pain. Literally a pain! Sore shoulders, aching mid-back pain,wires digging in actually leaving sores sometimes, poor support, and a waste of good money. I bought what I thought was my size and over the years kept making the same mistakes. One of my goals every day was to get home and remove my bra! Earlier this week, I walked into a Ladies Lingerie Store determined to get measured for a bra and see if I could ease some of my discomfort. I'm a youthful 60 year old, but my breast tissue changed after menopause. There was much less fullness on the top and gravity had made it's presence clearly evident! I admit, I felt a bit shy and really didn't know what to expect. I was warmly greeted by a woman looking close to my age. I explained my dilema and she took charge. Off to the dressing room I went! She returned with a lovely bra! Being large busted, I had been used to wearing what I call "old lady bras". Nothing so lovely or feminine as what she brought me. I slipped it on and couldn't beleive my eyes or my bust line! The "girls" were now up in a position I hardly remembered. The bra sat lower on my back, not somewhere up near my shoulder blades. The shoulder straps sat comfortably a little farther over on my shoulders The saleswoman then asked if she could come in to help me. She went through all the information about a good fitting bra and explained what I could do to ensure this bra was on nicely. I had been buying 40 DD bras and even 42DD's!! She had chosen a 38F bra just by looking at me fully clothed! Talk about fit!! It was amazing! She brought 9 other bras for me to try, but none fit like the Conturelle felina. When I first saw the price, I struggled thinking 140.00 was so much. Then I thought about the 8 to 10 bras I bought every year averaging 40.00 each and hating most every moment in them. That averaged 400.00 to have a pile of bras that didn't fit and I was miserable wearing! I have worn this lovely bra every day from roughly 6a.m. to 6 p.m. since and today, I didn't even think to remove my bra like I normally would the minute I get home. I am so happy with this bra! I love the lovely look and feel, the fabulous support it gives and I love how I look now. It even improved my posture because I'm not round shouldered trying to get away from the discomfort of the other bras I wore.
I'm budgetting for a second felina next payday. I am so thrilled with this wonderful bra.
