Shipping
We are happy to offer FREE shipping in Canada  on all orders of $85 or more. There is a flat $6 rate on all other orders.

Delivery generally takes 5-10 business days. All items will be shipped with Canada post.

Return Policy

We offer a 10 day return policy from the moment you receive the package. After this period no murchandise can be returned. If for any reason you decide to return some items please write to us at info@braallure.com before sending them out.
Due to the hygienic laws of Canada, we cannot accept any returns of panties and bodysuites. We will only accept items that are unworn, unwashed and that still have all tags attached. All the original packaging must be included in your return package. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items. We will confirm by email whether or not the items are in proper condition for return. All refunds will be made to the same card that was used for payment.

Please note that all merchandise with a 30% discount or more is a final sale item. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
