How fast is your shipping?
You will receive your products in approximately 2 - 10 business days depending on your location. All products are shipped as soon as possible and maximum within 2 business days. We try to keep the availability as up to date as possible on our website, in the rare event you ordered an item that is not in stock you will be notified. We will also let you know when we expect new delivery and you will have a choice to wait or to cancel your order. You will be able to track your package on Canada Post website.

What payment methods do you acccept?
Bra Allure accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping is free in Canada on all orders of $85 or more. We will apply a $6 flat rate for all other orders. At the moment we ship only in Canada.

What if my size is not in stock?
There are some bra styles  that come in more sizes than we are able to carry in stock. Don’t hesitate to contact us through Contact us Form and let us know what size, brand, color and style you are looking for. We can order it for you in most cases.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we are happy to offer gift wrapping for all our products. While in the shopping cart simply click on                            “Add “  Gift Wrapping: Add
You do not need to add gift wrapping for every product unless you want them to be wrapped individually. If you would like to gift wrap only part of your order please leave a comment during checkout.

How do I return a product?
We offer a 10 day return policy from the moment you receive the package. If for some reason you are not happy with your bra purchase please e-mail us before mailing the product back. Due to the hygienic laws of Canada, we cannot accept any returns of panties and bodysuites. Please remember you are responsible for the return shipping charges. We will only accept items that are unworn, unwashed and that still have all tags attached. All the original packaging must be included in your return package.
